Blessed with the 'gift of gab', I'm a high energy, extremely loyal, strong spirited, happy-to-help-any-way-I-can individual! To me, the word 'no' means 'yes…just at a different time and a new way', and I believe that there is always more than one way to conquer a challenge. My successful solutions involve adding more 'C' daily: Creativity and Courage…Do you get enough? (wink)

Having grown up in the entertainment industry, I learned at an early age how powerful adaptation, resilience, and self-determination can be. With the blessing of a loving, supportive family, I was raised with the confidence I would need to keep going when the going got tough; and the going was tough a lot of the time.,,

I entered the work force at age 10, growing up in the Entertainment Industry as a Dancer/Singer/Choreographer (7 years with Disneyland in Parades/Special Events), then later actress and acting coach. I changed careers in my early 30's, pursuing a long time desire - Health and Fitness. I became injured on a first job, and through the rehabilitation of that injury found my passion as a Wellness Consultant and Motivational Speaker. I started my first business: EFX, Inc. (Extreme Fitness Effects), then, after moving to Columbus, OH in 2001, my second business: MY 2 SENSE, LLC. I advanced my achievements as a national-level competitive athlete, became a Sponsored Athlete and Spokesperson for the sports supplement companies MET-Rx and World Wide Sports Nutrition, and was hired by Jim Lorimer and Arnold Schwarzenegger to work crucial aspects of their show now titled The Arnold Sports Festival .

The Martial Arts discipline of Jujitsu found its way into my life unexpectedly, and I became a high-ranked brown belt within the Shingitai Jujitsu Association. This extended my Wellness into 'life-protection' coaching, 'street safety', and an instructional DVD-PENUMBRA.

Serving others is something that continually enhances my own sense of well-being. Besides my work with individuals, I indulge in reaching out through all forms media, public speaking, writing, and volunteering/community service. Volunteering/Community service is, in my opinion, the best reality check in putting and keeping what's important in perspective! In 2008

Revered by my loved ones, employers, and clients as intelligent, talented, inspiring, knowledgeable, passionate, kind, and witty, I prefer to involve myself with projects/ventures that facilitate making life more pleasing, more balanced, and more meaningful. Projects/ventures that exist for a higher good, if you will. Any realm of Media does, social or otherwise, because it can reach people world-wide. It provides many the ability to see, hear, and discover the infinite possibilities available to improve the quality of their lives. I am seeking to assist companies and individuals that will encourage and respect my skills and dedication to this.

By my upbringing, I was taught to enjoy earning, learning, laughing, playing, exercising, and helping others. By my education and experiences, I enjoy even more balancing mind, body, and spirit and how a great attitude enriches it all. I live a fabulous, boundless, adventurous, and healthy life because of it! Since I can remember, I have always delighted in sharing this with as many as I can… and demonstrating just how easy and freeing it really is. I am elated to have returned to California from Ohio in the winter of '08. At full speed I am diving into all of the exciting opportunities manifesting!

“My father taught me to appreciate everything in life; that nothing is given, it is earned. So, ‘appreciate’ and ‘earn’ is exactly what I do!” By choosing to broaden my life experiences and maintain a living at all times, I also provide an extensive background in Food/Beverage, Property Management/Evictions, and Tanning/Skincare.

I will be happy to speak on the above mentioned: self-motivation and self-promotion, growth from life’s challenges, physical conditioning, nutrition to ‘live’ by, life-saving strategies, and the empowerment and simplicity of achievement.
