My most prominent angel/spirit guide is male. My Trigram (of the Bagua in Feng Shui) is Qian, and is the Father (male). Although I am very womanly, I have 'Yang' (male) energy, which provides me intense levels of strength, independence, and determination. I have been drawn to/attract more males in this life, regardless of being a female. It is certainly no coincidence that my most influential coaches/mentors are male…
Knowing each of them and learning from them has definitely improved the quality of my already blessed life. I continue on my journey ever more invincibly because of them and all that they bestow upon me.

JEROME V. NAWROCKI (August 18, 1941 - December 23, 2007)
My father provided me my life and the practices of gratitude, unconditional love, hard work, and Karma. He was a superb mechanic, very crafty handy-man, and great judge of character. He endowed me with a 'toolbox'-for life and literally! Many tools...and knowledge on their uses. He could quickly see what was wrong or missing, and figure out how to fix/make just about anything... with the right 'tool(s)' of course.
I continue to thrive from his teachings and use the 'toolbox' analogy to this day. We can fix/create whatever we want if we first 'see' it, make sure we have the right 'tool' in our toolbox, and know how to use it!
Thank you Dad, for my most amazing life.

He holds to a strict, non-denominational labeling though, with strong influences of Eastern thought in Buddhism and Taoism, which is just one of the many commonalties we share… JohnMark Blakley is an amazing athlete, a wickedly intelligent human being, a powerfully motivating coach and mentor, and an intensely sensitive man. I have achieved more than I could ever have imagined as an athlete, and as a woman, from the moment he made a presence in my life…Is it any wonder I choose him, over all others, to teach, coach, empower, and challenge me physically, spiritually, and mentally???

Another of my Coaches & Mentors is Police Detective Sergeant - Doug Grant. Retired after 30 years of service in all divisions of police in Columbus, Ohio, Doug, as of 2007, has become a respected business associate with our series of Self-Defense DVDs – PENUMBRA (Surviving The Edge of Darkness). This seemingly reserved and quiet man is anything but.
After serving as a Paratrooper and Ranger Platoon Sergeant in the Korean War, Doug established residence in Korea and began studying Martial Arts: Judo, Karate and Aikido. When he returned to the U.S. he started the first Martial Arts School in Ohio, managed a Health Spa, and became a Police Officer, teaching firearms and defensive tactics at the Academy. He became a National Champion for the Competitive Police Combat Pistol Team. He also supplemented his income as a professional wrestler (12 years), and taught a recreational Judo Club (45 years). This led to his membership of The National Coaching Staff for the United States Judo Association and his winning title in the Master Division of Police Olympics Judo. Five of his students s

Because of Sergeant Doug Grant, I have added a 'high-rank belt' in Jujitsu (The Shingitai Jujitsu Association) to my athletic credentials. He is equipping me with more life-enhancing, life-protecting, and now life-saving tools to expand my ever-improving menu of Wellness services. More than just a Coach or Mentor, Doug Grant is like a beloved family member to me. The honor, bravery, self-discipline, will, power, and cunning-wisdom he is endowing me with will live on within my spirit long after I leave this lifetime…
STEVEN ASHWORTH (Master Sommelier OC and LA, CA)
A plethora of intelligence and sponge for knowledge, Steven Ashworth is like a 'human encyclopedia'! He was also a known athlete. An 'Olympic Level' Sprinter on the U.S. team, he suffered a severe hamstring injury in '88 before the Olympics, ending his competitive athletic career. He went on to study medicine – Chiropractic, with an interest in going on to Osteopathic – and Metaphysical Science, becoming a High Priest Wiccan then to becoming a Freemason.
Though I developed an interest in/ sought knowledge of self-improvement, crystal and candle magic, and Metaphysics before knowing this person, Steve enlightened, empowered, and entitled me into the world of Wicca. By having known him, and studying Metaphysics and White Magic under him, I am honored to be a 'White Witch' as a Wiccan. This has enabled me the tools to continue to live an ever-improving, peaceful, healthy, exciting, and all-around-good life! It has also provided me the confidence and comfort as a Wellness Consultant to help direct others into an all-around-good life.
Steve is a very sensitive (in all aspects), intellect of a man. People are always drawn to him. He finds such extreme joy sharing his knowledge and abilities with us. I strive to make sure that I am sharing all he has taught me with utmost respect… to him and to the 'powers that be'.
