Bootcamp Brunch

A healthy lifestyle really is fun and can be very social. Host one of these Seminars in your home and prove it!

The Bootcamp kicks off with a 1-hour ‘strength session’. It demonstrates how to get a great toning and cardiovascular workout in your home or office, when getting to the gym is inconvenient. Learn to utilize your own body for resistance, and objects around the home or office in place of weights/gym equipment. All levels of physical ability and agility are accommodated.

After the hour of physical activity, you’ll sample some common breakfast/lunch items, prepared in a much healthier fashion. Taste for yourself how fabulous cooking healthy actually is, while learning about portion control, caloric distribution, and quick and easy preparation. Follow along with the Recipe sheets provided and keep them when it’s over!

Enjoy this Seminar with family/friends/coworkers. Schedule a day and time, and you’ll receive a personalized flyer to e-mail/mail to your guests/employees. (See sample…) It’s a terrific way to experience how fun ‘being fit’ can be, while creating a support group, all in one!
